New Physiotherapy Program Launched in September 2026!
The AFHT is pleased to offer a new physiotherapy program designed to improve access to care for patients who may not otherwise have access to physiotherapy services.
Our program focuses on restoring optimal function and mobility by assessing and treating a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions. Whether you’re experiencing a new injury or managing a chronic condition, our physiotherapist provides individualized, one-on-one care tailored to your needs.
Our physiotherapist, Melanie, brings 10 years of hospital experience, along with a background in primary care and outpatient clinics. Her experience and expertise help support patients in working toward improved mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
