AFHT Counselling Services provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health support to help individuals navigate life’s challenges and enhance overall well-being. Our services are designed to support clients in building self-awareness, developing coping strategies, and fostering resilience.

We offer counselling for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal and family conflict, stress, burnout, sleep difficulties, and situational life challenges. Through a collaborative and client-centered approach, our Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) works alongside individuals to identify strengths, gain insight, and develop practical tools for managing distress.

Seeking support is a meaningful step toward self-care and personal growth. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create positive change in their lives.
