Grief Support Group

Chronic Pain Support Group
If you are suffering from chronic pain, whether due to arthritis, injury, Fibromyalgia or migraines, we offer a support group where people can share stories, coping skills, new research and more.Â Please check our website calendar for dates and times.
Self Esteem Group
This group is designed to examine how we think about ourselves and how we receive information from the world around us.Â In the 8-week program, participants learn how to break down mental barriers that hold us back from reaching their potential.Â This program runs intermittently through the year.Â Please consult our website calendar or speak to your AFHT provider for more information.
