Amherstburg Family Health Team is looking for applicants to our Board of Directors! AFHT is governed by a community based board in a strictly strategic-based governance capacity, consisting of eight directors. AFHT’s Board of Directors is a mixed based board that includes community members, patients of the Family Health Team and Family Health Organization physicians.

The Amherstburg Family Health Team is announcing that starting Monday, July 10th, there will be a Walk-In Clinic every Monday from 5pm to 8pm, for AFHT patients only.
